- All educational documents, including degree certificates, transcripts, and an equivalency evaluation if you have one already. You can also send certificates of completion for non-university courses or any professional achievements if they are related to your field of work.
- Copy of professional license if one is required in the state where you will work.
- Experience letters from previous employers, if available.
- Updated resume.
IF THE PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEE IS CURRENTLY IN THE U.S., PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE:
- Copy of white I-94 card.
- Copies of passport pages that have stamps or notations.
- Copies of any previous I-797 approval notices, if applicable.
- Copies of I-20s and EAD cards, if applicable.
- Recent paystubs from your current employer, if applicable.
