Venessa D’Souza, Legal Assistant
Venessa joined Reddy & Neumann in 1997. As the first Legal Assistant in our office, Venessa understands the needs of our clients and works with them to ensure that each case is handled accurately and efficiently. Venessa is responsible for assisting clients in filing their H-1B, I-140/I-485, and EAD/AP applications, as well as assisting with AC21 and consular processing issues. This involves interviewing and corresponding with clients, preparing immigration petitions, and maintaining client files.

Mehdi Momin-Khowaja, Legal Assistant
Mehdi originally joined Reddy & Neumann in 1997. After a brief departure during which he completed his Master's degree in Development Studies at Michigan State University, he rejoined the staff in 2001 in order to assist clients in the labor certification process. Mehdi remains informed on the ever-changing immigration laws, including PERM, to ensure that clients are provided with updated information.

Ujwala joined Reddy & Neumann in 2005 and possesses a Bachelor's of Law degree from India. Lisa joined Reddy & Neumann in 2009. She is a student at the University of Houston Law Center, where she is a member of the Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law, the interscholastic mock trial team, and the Black Law Students Association. Lisa responds to requests for evidence from USCIS and performs research on complex immigration matters.

Before joining our office in December 2002, Ashwini completed her Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Mumbai in India . Ashwini uses her skills to prepare H-1B and I-140 petitions for our clients. After working with Reddy & Neumann for two years, Ashwini returned to India and now supports our staff from Pune.
