EB-2 Priority dates CURRENT except for India and China
The U. S. Department of State published the EB-2 priority dates in November visa bulletin.
It states that the priority dates for EB-2 has become current for all the countries except China and India.
The EB-2 priority date for India will remain as it was i.e. at September 1, 2004, while that for China will advance 6 weeks to September 1, 2007.
As for the EB-1, EB-4 and EB-5 priority dates, they will remain current for all the countries.
There are quite a few changes regarding the EB-3 Professional and Skilled Workers category and EB-3 Other Workers category though.
For all the countries, they will advance one month to November 22, 2006, except for China, India and Philippines.
The advancement of EB-3 priority dates for the latter three countries are as below:
- China – 9 weeks (to April 15, 2006) for EB-3 Professional and Skilled Workers and twelve days (to July 1, 2003) for EB-3 Other Workers
- India – 1 week (to October 22, 2002)
- Philippines – 1 week (August 8, 2006)
