Brenda Aguilar

Brenda Aguilar is an attorney in the firm’s H1-B department focusing on drafting responses to requests for evidence, appeals, and motions. Brenda is passionate about immigration law based on her family’s experience emigrating from Mexico. In law school, Brenda was active in student organizations and served as the vice president of the Hispanic Law Students Association where she developed an appreciation for cultural diversity in the legal community. Brenda began at Reddy & Neumann, P.C. as a law clerk and has experience tackling complex issues such as level one wage, specialty occupation, and maintenance of status issues such as F-1 OPT among others. As a first generation American, Brenda values the hard work and contribution of immigrants to the United States and prides herself in providing practical legal solutions to our clients.
