Cathy Liu

Attorney at Law

Cathy Liu is an attorney in the H-1B department at Reddy & Neumann, P.C. Her practice involves representing and advising clients through all phases of the non-immigrant visa process including filing H-1B, H-4, and H-4 EAD petitions, responding to Requests for Evidence (RFE), and drafting motions and appeals.

Cathy earned her J.D. in May 2016 from the University of Richmond School of Law in Richmond, Virginia. During her time in law school, Cathy served as the Manuscript Editor on the editorial board of the Richmond Journal of Law & Business. She was also involved in multiple student organizations, including serving as the President of the Council on Law and Economics and the Vice-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. As a student, Cathy gained experience working in multiple areas of law practice ranging from corporate counsel to judicial interning to the public sector. However, one of her earliest professional experiences at the start of law school was clerking for another immigration firm and gaining exposure for the first time to the intricacies of immigration law.
As a first generation American, Cathy values the hard work and contribution of immigrants to the United States and recognizes the struggles many encounter with the complex immigration process. To aid in this process, Cathy is committed to providing professional and practical representation to our clients.
