Vy Hoang is the Managing Attorney for the H-1B Department at Reddy & Neumann, P.C. Her family’s immigrant story has made her humble and empathetic to the individual stories of each client. She values the hard work and true contribution of immigrants to the United States and is committed to helping those find their American Dream.
Her role as Managing Attorney is to oversee all the attorneys and staff within the H-1B Department. During her first year as an Associate with Reddy & Neumann, P.C. she filed over 500 H-1B quota cases and responded to over 300 Requests for Evidence. Her primary practice is all employment-based non-immigrant visas including H-1B, TN, E-3, B-2 and L-1 visas, as well as their corresponding dependent visas. Vy also handles F-1 issues that include CPT, OPT, and STEM OPT, and often conducts presentations for local universities regarding these issues. Vy's practice covers all phases of the visa process including filing petitions, responding to Requests for Evidence, drafting motions and appeals, and filing lawsuits against USCIS as part of Reddy & Neumann, P.C.’s litigation team. She also has general knowledge in the PERM/Labor and NIW area and has accompanied several applicants on their N-400 and I-485 interviews.
Vy earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in May 2016. During her time in law school, Vy served as Co-Chair to the Board of Advocates and competed in several moot court competitions across the country. She was awarded the Dean's Student Advocacy Service Award in 2016 and the Heart of South Texas Advocacy Award in 2016. Vy's passion for advocacy, willingness to serve, and positive attitude enables her to provide professional, practical and efficient representation for our clients.
