Overview

Avery Krushall is a Staff Attorney at Reddy Neumann Brown PC who focuses on employment-based immigrant visas. Avery’s practice covers all phases of the EB-1A and EB-2 NIW visa process including filing petitions, responding to Request for Evidence (RFE), and drafting motions and appeals. Avery has also worked on all aspects of H-1B, I-130, T-Visa, U-Visa, VAWA, Asylum, as well as removal defense and the cases at the intersection of criminal and immigration law. 

Avery earned his Bachelor of Arts in English degree from Texas State University-San Marcos in 2011 and his J.D. from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2018. During his undergrad, Avery worked as a residence assistant in a residence hall that housed students from around the work which sparked a love of different cultures and a passion for helping others.  It was this passion for helping others that led to Avery taking an interest in immigration law. He hopes to use the skills he has gained in his legal career to continue helping individuals achieve their American dream and begin their lives hear in the United States while helping them navigate the complex and difficult immigration process.
