Overview
Kasey Shell is a Staff Attorney at Reddy Neumann Brown PC, where she focuses primarily on I-140 petitions, including EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) and EB-1A extraordinary ability petitions, as well as I-485 adjustment of status applications and green card interviews.
Kasey is passionate about immigrant rights and making the immigration process more understandable and approachable for the individuals and families navigating it every day. She recognizes that every client’s situation presents its own facts, challenges, timelines, and personal stakes. With that in mind, she is committed to providing responsive, effective, and individualized support to help clients move through the process with clarity and confidence.
Kasey earned her Bachelor’s degree from Huntington University in Indiana and her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law in Pennsylvania in 2024. During law school and after graduation, she interned and worked in the nonprofit sector, assisting individuals with Asylum, U-Visa, VAWA, and Naturalization petitions. This experience strengthened her commitment to client-centered advocacy and gave her a broad foundation in both humanitarian and employment-based immigration matters.
Outside of work, Kasey enjoys drawing portraits, hosting dinner parties for friends, and exploring Houston’s coffee scene.
