Reddy & Neumann P.C.’s foremost concern is the protection of the interests of our clients, their businesses, and their families. Our firm endeavors to make your complex immigration process simple while consistently developing and perfecting methods to ensure the privacy and protected confidentially of our clientele. This privacy policy applies to information collected by Reddy & Neumann PC through its websites, blogs, emails, faxes, and phone inquiries. The intent of this policy will inform our clients of the following:

  • What private, confidential, and/or personally identifiable information is collected from you, how it is used within our firm, and with whom it may or will be shared.
  • Client’s rights regarding the use of your data.
  • Security procedures in place to protect against the misuse of client information.
  • The effective date of the current privacy policy is: January 21, 2020.

Information Collection

Reddy & Neumann, P.C. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily give us through email, web form submission (account registration, profile, purchases, liaison inquiries, etc.), or other direct contact from you.

Client Portal

In order to use effectively serve our clients, Reddy & Neumann, P.C. utilizes a client portal to enable our clients to effortlessly enter personal information and documentation as necessary to achieve identified immigration goals. Each client will register within the Client Portal using unique log-ins and two-factor authentication (2FA). During this on-boarding process, the user is required to give certain information (such as name, date of birth, addresses, passport information, biographical information, employer(s) name and location, etc.).

Generally, this information is necessary to prepare legally sufficient immigration filings.

E-Commerce

In order to maintain an effective invoicing and payment system, Reddy & Neumann, P.C. utilizes various e-commerce platforms. Clients are required to provide certain information such as to providing basic contact information (i.e., name and address) as well as financial information (credit card number, expiration). Our Firm never stores full credit card information, encrypted or otherwise; all credit card information is processed via a secure third party. We only store the credit card type—AmEx, Visa, MC—and the last 4 digits in the case of regular payments. For payment plans, we store that same information plus an electronic payment  token and the expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

We use an outside shipping company to ship and receive government and client correspondence, e.g USPS and FedEx. To our knowledge, these companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling/tracking your order.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies on our sites. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s computer to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in or enter a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users, thereby enhancing their experience on our site.

Tracking cookies do not collect any personally identifiable information. Additionally, we use Google Analytics to collect and store information about how you interact with our websites. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. Surveys and Form Collections

From time to time, our site requests information via surveys and form collections. Because of the nature of our client relationship, the information requested is critical. However, you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose the information requested. Information requested may include contact information, demographic information, background documentation, etc. Contact information will be used to follow up on submissions. Survey or form collection information will be used for the purposes indicated on each.

Social Media

Reddy & Neumann, P.C. maintains a digital face through a variety of social media networks. Aside from the professional blogs of our attorneys, Reddy & Neumann maintains a presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, as well as other social media forums. Reddy & Neumann may receive information about you from social media platforms including but not limited to when you interact with us on those platforms or access our social media content. Because the information we may receive is governed by the privacy settings, policies, and/or procedures of the applicable social media platform, our clients are encouraged to review those policies.

Usage of Information Collected

Reddy & Neumann, P.C. collects information about its clients and website users in order to:

  • Provide legal services
  • Deliver and receive correspondence
  • Analyze legal and demographic trends and digital information
  • Respond to client and government inquiries
  • Plan for and promote Reddy & Neumann marketing events
  • Provide access to vendor services, news, and information
  • Promote immigration
  • Engage in the normal business activities of a law firm.

Sharing of Information Collected

Individuals engaging with Reddy & Neumann, P.C. for legal representation and/or services will not have their personal information shared with any outside party without express client permission. However, we may share aggregated demographic information for the purpose of promoting the interests of our clients. However, this aggregated demographic data is not and will not be linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. Should you choose to share your information, it will be accessible by certain Reddy & Neumann, P.C. attorneys and their staff.

Third-Party Vendors

Reddy & Neumann, P.C. partners with third-party vendors to provide some of the services described in this policy and may share names and other contact information as necessary for the third party to provide these services.

Mailing Lists

We do not sell the names and/or postal addresses of clients to any advertisers.

Lawful Disclosures

Reddy & Neumann, P.C. may be required to disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on our firm; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of our firm; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of our website users or the public. Should our firm go out of business, no personal data will be considered an asset for sale. Unless legally obligated to retain the information, personal data records will be destroyed.

Education Services

Registration, attendance, and participation in Reddy & Neumann conferences, events, and/or services constitute an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant’s image or voice in photographs, videos, webcasts, electronic reproductions and audio recordings of such events by Reddy & Neumann PC. Biographical information submitted by speakers will be published and may be shared to individuals and third-party vendors purchasing those educational materials. Educational services event attendance lists are shared with all attendees and exhibitors and may be shared via a third-party app. Email addresses and other service specific information may be required to access the educational services.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

View and Update

You have the right to change/correct any data we have about you. You may request to see what additional data Reddy & Neumann, P.C. has about you, if any. You can change or update your information online by way of our client portal or you may contact us via email at info@rnlawgroup.com.

Data Retention and the Right to Be Forgotten

Reddy & Neumann, P.C. collects personal data from clients and stores it for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law. You may request that we delete any personal contact information we have about you, with the exception of financial transaction history within the past 7 years. You can change or update your information online by way of our client portal or you may contact us via email at info@rnlawgroup.com.

Right to Opt-Out

You may opt out of any future mail or email contact from us or our third-party partners at any time. You can do so by changing your communication preferences by way of our client portal or you may contact us via email at info@rnlawgroup.com.

Security Procedures

Reddy & Neumann, P.C. uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect our client data. This includes obtaining Non-Disclosure Agreements from third parties that may access your data. Reddy & Neumann, P.C. requires that any third party accessing client data shall level of protection equivalent to Reddy & Neumann, P.C. Our data protection policies are available upon demand.

Reddy & Neumann respectfully requests our clients recognize no information system can be 100 percent secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Additionally, Reddy & Neumann, P.C. cannot be held responsible for the security
of information you transmit to us over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks.

Our firm takes additional security measures with regard to financial and credit card information. When you submit credit card data, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way using SSL methods. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or by looking for “https” at the beginning of the web page address. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. We do not store credit card numbers in our database. We only store the type of card, its expiration date, and the last 4 digits.

Direct access to our client database is limited to Reddy & Neumann, P.C. employees and our third-party programmers. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure hosting environment that requires 2FA access and is limited to our third-party hosting contractors.

Refund Policy

To retain the services of Reddy & Neumann P.C., we ask our clients and potential clients to enter into a mutually acceptable fee agreement for limited legal services. This mutual fee agreement does not serve as a de facto or de jure retainer agreement unless otherwise agreed by the parties thereto. In that respect, any agreement entered into with Reddy & Neumann PC. is not a commitment to handle any other legal work.

Upon entering into agreement for services with Reddy & Neumann P.C., our clients are required to pay all necessary legal and/or filing fees before Reddy & Neumann P.C. shall be required to provide the relevant agreed upon services. The fee, upon payment, becomes the property of Reddy & Neumann, P.C. As such, any refund of fees paid is at the sole discretion of Reddy & Neumann P.C.
