Jeanetly Garcia hails from Splendora, TX, growing up in a large, tight-knit family that instilled in her the value of community. A proud alumna of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and South Texas College of Law Houston, Jeanetly’s recent panel discussions at the South Texas College of Law’s Career Resource Center showcased her insight into the first-generation law school student experience and provided a glimpse into the daily lives of legal professionals in family and business immigration law practices.

Jeanetly advises aspiring legal professionals to remain steadfast in their pursuit of a legal career and utilize their ‘Why?” as motivation for persevering through challenging times. Jeanelty emphasizes her personal “Why?” by championing her goals of being a guiding light for her family and a pillar in her community. As a first-generation Mexican-American, she holds her community and heritage in high regard, factors that heavily influenced her decision to specialize in business immigration law. Jeanetly’s involvement with the Mexican American Bar Association of Houston and the Hispanic Bar Association of Houston, TX underscores her commitment to preserving heritage and culture.

Recently promoted to Senior Associate Attorney and Nonimmigrant Visa Practice Manager at Reddy Neumann Brown PC, Jeanetly aims to expand her expertise in nonimmigrant visas and simplify the NIV process for valued clients while maintaining her reputation for meticulous case handling. Despite evolving responsibilities, her dedication and passion for business immigration remain unwavering, and she looks forward to embracing future challenges with confidence.
